If you do any online real estate search for an area trying to find information about local market statistics, trends or merely basic information on the area, you may have noticed that it is surprisingly difficult! Moreover, if you happen to stumble upon a Malibu real estate agent website, odds are that the information will be outdated.
Often times, local professionals will keep a Malibu real estate blog as a means to develop content for their site or to try and generate some repeat views and build their online reputation by providing some insightful content. The problem is, though, that many of these agents do not have the tenacity and persistence to keep up to date with this practice. Time changes and the real estate market waits for no one!
What good is it to stumble upon an outdated Malibu real estate blog or website that has posts from over a year ago?
I try to keep my Malibu real estate blog as up to date as possible. I like to include several different categories that will provide a view with information that they might find useful. I post at least twice a week and will always be as accurate as possible.
I have several different categories for my Malibu Real Estate Blog. They are:
1. Malibu Culture – I think that one of the greatest aspects of Malibu is the culture of Malibu. We are a community out here and as such, I like to blog about the various happenings around town.
2. Malibu Market – Knowing the Malibu real estate market is the first step in choosing a wise investment or the right time to sell. Knowing the inventory and what has sold is important to get a general pulse on what the market is doing. I try to update this at least twice per month with the latest market statistics.
3. Malibu Rentals – The Malibu rental market is very active right now so I try to keep up to date with what has leased and what is currently on the market
4. Malibu Real Estate Tips – There are some tips that I like to blog about to help people become more educated if they would like to buy or sell a property. Whether it be, information on property taxes to how to stage your home better, there are many things that people might not be aware that can help them become more educated in general regarding the real estate market.
5. Recommended Professionals – I work with and rely upon a lot of different people. I have forged great relationships with people who I know and trust and will sometimes write about because I want there services to be known.
6. Featured listings – I see many homes and love my job. Occasionally I will write about a property that I absolutely love or think is a great deal! Be sure to check my blog often for the latest real estate property that I adore.
