Activity in August is up from July and there will be some positive closings in late August and September in various price ranges. Keeping deals together, as everyone reports, is the challenge, and the agents who bring their managers into the transaction early are wise. It takes a village to keep the buyers and sellers together with the economic uncertainty, but we do have some solid escrows that will be closing.
