It is interesting to note that there are several factors that substantiate that now is a great time to buy . If you take a look at the average asking price based on new listings you will find that the price per square foot is lower AND the average days on market is lower for the listings which indicate that once the prices do get down to key market levels buyers will find the opportunity and jump on it.
Typically, the Malibu real estate market is most active during the summer months until the last few weeks August into September as this is when most people are placing their kids back in school, returning from vacation, etc.
The Fall brings a great opportunity for buyers and sellers alike to benefit from the dwindling beach summer crowds but warm temperatures and clear sunny days to showcase homes in their best and most idyllic light.
