Although exaggerated at times, these are not altogether unfounded images. Serenity and beauty, amazing beaches, surfing, hiking trails, mountain biking, horseback riding, waterfalls, nearly perfect weather 10 plus months a year, great public schools, and a fantastic community of people!
As 20+ year residents, we thought it might be helpful to outline some of the nuances that define a few of our most prestigious beach communities. This does not cover all of Malibu’s amazing beach communities but it will give you a good start.
