Our team is very honored to be named by Real Trends as one of California’s top producing teams by volume in 2018! Statewide, The Mark & Grether Group ranked at #249 with over $64 billion sold and leased in the year of 2018.
Since being part of the founding of Compass Malibu in 2016, our team’s production has more than tripled. With 35 years of hard-earned local experience, a full-time marketing and operations staff, and the innovative technology of Compass, we are proud to have transacted over $1 billion as a team.
Looking Forward for 2019
In 2019, our team has already had two landmark sales. The first of which was a Carbon Beach home, formerly owned by Debbie Reynolds, which sold for $14.25 million. The second, an off-market land transaction in Eastern Malibu, which closed for $5.5 million.
