Advertised as a paradise without the air ticket, many say that Paradise Cove really does live up to its name.
To the East of the small pier are a handful of large, multi-acre compounds that stretch from Pacific Coast Highway down to an uncrowded sandy beach. These represent some of Malibu's most sought after properties and offer incredible privacy along with incredible ocean, island, and Point Dume views. Tony Mark represented the seller of one of these compounds in 2015 at $60,000,000, the highest sale price that year in the greater Los Angeles Area. In late 2019, the modern compound here owned by Ron Meyer made headlines selling for $100,000,000.
Paradise Cove is also home to one of two mobile home parks in Malibu. Though it started out as a humble RV park in the 1950s and 60s, now the area has really grown into a beautiful place to live or vacation. Paradise Cove is one of the slightly more affordable options in the Malibu area, though it’s certainly not cheap, some of the mobile homes in the area are valued at over 3 million dollars.
With direct access to exclusive beaches and a relaxed lifestyle, this tight-knit community is the perfect fit both for full-time simple living or a quintessential SoCal getaway. This is one of only two mobile home parks in Malibu. Residents here enjoy the Paradise Cove restaurant, small pier, and golf-carting around the neighborhood.
