Compass Malibu CA will soon open a new office at 24903 Pacific Coast Highway Malibu.

The new 3,300 square foot space is centrally located, and features an open-floor plan for easy collaboration between Compass team members.

The modern contemporary design is in keeping with the Malibu lifestyle theme, with ocean views, and where clients and agents can meet in a comfortable, easygoing environment.

Compass, a national real estate brokerage,  also recently opened a new office in San Francisco. Many of that city’s top agents joined the national Compass team. The company offers the latest in technology to market homes, and combined sophisticated branding, with high-end tech apps which home buyers and sellers can use to find the newest home listings. Consumers can also search for a broker in the area they are looking for a home and book an appointment with its phone home search app.

The company recently raised $75 million in Series C funding, and is valued at $1 billion.
