Malibu Real Estate Market Update: February 2021
Interest rates hit above 3% for the first time since July as inventory remains low here in Malibu and buyer demand remains at an all-time high.
Market activity in February took a slight dip compared with January. That said, we expect it to heat up again as we head into Spring and Summer which is historically Malibu’s busiest market and the best time to sell. Here is last month’s recap:
