Russell and Tony did a terrific job for us in selling our home in Malibu. It was an especially difficult sale since the home needed a new septic system and as such, the buyer needed to be an all-cash buyer. Given the septic system issue, no mortgage company would take on a loan. So not only did the buyer need to be all cash, they needed to be willing to take on a septic system install that could have cost upwards of $250,000. Given the challenges of finding this kind of buyer, Russell and Tony did a terrific job in regards to the speed of finding the right buyer and negotiating a very good deal for both buyer and seller. Linda and I would recommend this group to anyone as they are not only diligent, but personable and creative in getting the job done quickly, efficiently, and effectively. We would be willing to speak to anybody who needed a personal and professional reference for this Compass group.

This team is as good as they come. Russell tirelessly (and always enthusiastically) toured us through no less than 35 houses. However, where Russell REALLY shines is in his negotiation skills. He has a natural ability to get people to open up to him, so he was able to understand what was important to sellers and where they might be willing to give. He is also meticulous at all documentation, which is so important with such a large purchase.
