Sea Level Drive, located just west of Broad Beach, is one of Malibu’s most unique and versatile beachfront neighborhoods. Split into East Sea Level Drive and West Sea Level Drive, both gated, the community offers a quiet and secure environment while maintaining multiple pedestrian beach access points open to the public from sunrise to sunset. An additional access off Broad Beach Road provides convenient entry to the shoreline.

At low tide, the beach connects westward to El Matador, creating a seamless coastal experience.
